In my work, I combine psychotherapy and coaching as two distinct yet complementary ways for you to meet yourself. Neither approach offers ready-made answers; instead, both create a space in which your inner truth, lived experiences, and choices can settle and become clearer. At times psychotherapy and coaching may intertwine. At the beginning of our work together we discuss what you need in this season of life, and what would be most supportive for you.

Love Coaching: a path towards conscious relating

Love may simultaneously be a trampoline for our dreams and a refuge for our souls, a place where we unfold, find support, and grow without losing ourselves.

As your love coach I support you to attract, create and nurture the conscious and inspiring romantic relationship of your dreams.I approach love and partnership not as a matter of luck or coincidence, but as a skillsetwe can practice and expand over time.

I am certified as a Love Coach by the international program Heart Coach, led by the world-renowned love expert Annie Lalla - a methodology that works with each person's potential to love with an open heart and inner stability.

Love is not something that merely happens to us. It is a living space we create through our choices, the way we relate, and what we allow in or keep at a distance.

Love coaching is appropriate when you already have a degree of inner stability, yet find yourself repeating familiar patterns, doubts, or conflicts. When your inner sense signals that it is time for a different path, but the mind hesitates and habit keeps you tied to what is familiar.

This is not a therapeutic process, nor is it an encounter with wounds from the past. Coaching is a space for orientation: a place to pause, take a look around, and see the directions ahead more clearly, without losing touch with your feelings and your inner compass.

In the coaching process we move from awareness to choice and action. We explore how you show up in your relationships, what you choose and what you avoid, and we prepare you to experiment with new ways of relating that are authentic and mature.

If you feel ready to meet love not as a coincidence, but as a consciously created space, coaching may be your next step.

I work mainly with:

  • singles,who long for genuine love, conscious partnership, and the creation of a family;
  • individuals or couples already in a committed relationshipwho wish to further develop their capacity for authenticity and honesty in their relationship, and to transform conflicts into opportunities for intimacy and growth.

Love coaching is for people who are not looking for ready-made love, and instead wish to be conscious authors of their own love story. As your coach, I don’t ask you to follow socially imposed norms about who you should be or how you should behave to find or keep a partner.

Instead we explore what Love means for You: how you choose a partner, how you show up in your relationships, and what conditions you create for intimacy. We work with your real experiences, doubts, and longings without formulas, without roles, and without trying to “shape” you according to someone else’s expectations.

The coaching process supports the development of a more mature way of relating: one grounded in honesty, clarity, and personal responsibility. Not in order to “win” another’s love, but so you can be in a relationship that doesn't require you to abandon yourself. This is an invitation to choose love not as a promise or an illusion, but as a conscious practice — alive, imperfect, and real. Love here is not a destination you must reach, but a way of being present that you can choose, learn, and practice.

Coaching also supports your expansion beyond the familiar by widening your capacity to make space for the other, to collaborate, and to grow within the relationship, rather than seeking a “perfect partner” with whom you can remain unchanged.
